You have 48 hours to collect the shipment from the locker, then additional fees will be charged on the shipment, or you can contact customer service to extend the shipment’s retention period before returning it.

How can I receive my shipment through Redbox?

Once your package has been deposited into a Redbox locker, you will receive an SMS with a unique pickup code that includes the Redbox locker address and all shipment information.
